Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Outstanding communication and listening skills.
• Ability to guide customers through vehicle purchase process.
• Proven track record of building relationships and retaining customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers entering the showroom, maintaining a professional environment.
• Answer questions about new/used cars, financing, and applications.
• Build rapport and guide customers through vehicle selection and payment terms.
• Maintain up-to-date customer database to drive sales.
• Present cars through test drives and walk-throughs.
• Negotiate terms while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with clients to earn repeat and referral business.
• Stay current on dealer group and manufacturer training.
• Other duties as assigned by store leadership.
