VW Chatham seeks an Experienced VW Sales Manager to lead a team of customer-focused sales consultants and drive revenue growth while maintaining world-class service standards.

You will plan and direct sales operations, implement promotional strategies, manage budgets and staffing, and ensure compliance with all regulations. The role emphasizes leadership, performance tracking, and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of VW Sales Dealership Management experience is an asset.
• Strong supervision and team-building skills.
• Valid OMVIC license and a valid driver's license with a clean abstract.
• Proof of at least 2 shots of anti-COVID vaccine.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of the automotive sales consultants.
• Develop and implement monthly promotional strategies and sales-incentive programs.
• Provide sales consultants with up-to-date product information.
• Manage budgets, targets and authorize expenditures.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints.
• Set staffing requirements and oversee hiring.
• Prepare monthly Sales Team performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with government and OMVIC regulations.
• Manage vehicle inventory and forecast data.
