Jim Pattison Volkswagen Surrey is seeking an energetic Sales Advisor to join our sales team and drive premium customer experiences for the Volkswagen brand. You will guide customers through the vehicle purchase journey, present options, and coordinate deliveries with a focus on relationship building.

The role offers full-time hours, commission-based pay, and training opportunities. Evening and weekend availability is required, with a supportive team and a dynamic dealership environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Eligible to obtain a VSA license.
• Must be available all days of the week, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong work ethic with a high level of energy and motivation to succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Highly organized with the ability to multi task and follow up consistently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner, both in store and through phone and online inquiries.
• Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Present pricing, financing options, and assist in structuring deals in collaboration with management.
• Maintain accurate and consistent follow up using CRM tools to manage leads and customer relationships.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure a seamless handover experience.
• Continuously develop product knowledge and stay up to date on OEM features, technology, and market trends.
• Contribute to team success by maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
