Position Summary
As the Shipper / Receiver / Dispatcher, the individual will check, pick, receive, ship, stock, and organize automotive parts and effectively dispatch delivery drivers. They will help maintain inventory and store cleanliness, efficiently deliver parts, and answer internal and external telephone calls while completing necessary paperwork accurately. Effective use of company database and parts catalogue is required.

Key Responsibilities
- Support all store warehouse duties (picking orders, receiving, inventory control, shipping, stocking, and organizing)
- Coordinate drivers for effective vehicle dispatching
- Help control inventory and ensure product availability
- Complete necessary paperwork accurately
- Collaborate with the main warehouse to resolve stock‑related concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized store by keeping racks, shelves, pallet area, workstations, and shared spaces neat (organize products, sweep, dust, sanitize, and mop)
- Efficiently and safely load auto parts onto delivery vehicles
- Efficiently deliver parts, mindful of customer requests
- Answer inbound calls professionally when required
- Other reasonable duties as assigned by the management team
Key Requirements
- Shipping / Receiving experience required
- Driver dispatching and coordination experience required
- G Driver’s License and clean 3‑year abstract required
- Familiarity with the local Oshawa area required
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic math skills and ability to sort alphanumerically
- Basic computer skills (e.g., ability to use Outlook, online database and web‑based training)

Physical Requirements
- Ability to reliably work 40–44 hours per week
