• 3-5 years of Auto Estimating experience, multi-provincial experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of motor vehicle repairs and prior estimating experience.
• Familiar with industry-standard estimating systems.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate electronic repair estimates following company standards.
• Control method and cost of repairs using industry regulatory practices.
• Complete total loss evaluations through market and Autosource search.
• Complete remote appraisals.

What you’ll do

• Review and evaluate electronic repair estimates line with our Company and Departmental standards and guidelines
• Control the method and cost of repairs to motor vehicles by using established industry regulatory practices and corporate guidelines.
• Complete Total loss evaluations through market and Autosource search.
• Complete remote appraisal(s)
• Be team player, and a thought leader in problem solving, leading the example, and ensure the end customer experience is a key objective.

What you’ll bring

• Auto Estimating experience (3-5 year minimum), multi-provincial experience an asset
• Strong experience and knowledge with motor vehicle repairs, and prior estimating experience.
• Familiar with industry standard Estimating System(s)
• Good technical aptitude with databases/systems
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent PC Skills
• Genuine curiosity and inquisitive mindset constantly looking to make things better for customers and colleagues
