Job Description

Our audit team ensures all parts of the bank operate with integrity and compliance. As an Audit Manager I, you will:

  • Plan and conduct end‑to‑end audits aligned with policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Lead the planning process for assigned audits, ensuring timely completion and appropriate risk assessment.
  • Support audit opinion per internal controls and professional standards, presenting findings and recommendations.
  • Manage follow‑ups on findings raised from regulatory and internal audits.
  • Identify failures in internal processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Stay current on emerging business and analytical tool trends to deliver quality results on tight schedules.
  • Maintain the highest level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Build a fair and positive work environment, encouraging open communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Over 5 years of relevant experience with an undergraduate degree.
  • Relevant professional certifications or accounting designations.
