What you bring
- Experience in business development and/or sales: cold calling, networking, client presentation meetings, project management, market research, financial analysis, marketing, and listing process;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly establish credibility at all levels and maintain complex business relationships with sound judgment, professionalism, and maturity;
- Attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills;
Required Skills and Experience
- Post-secondary education is an asset;
- Commercial real estate broker license required (or in the process of obtaining it);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook);
- Previous experience with CRM software;
- Experience in the commercial real estate sector or a related field is a strong asset;
- Prior experience in real estate appraisal or asset management is a strong asset;
What you will be learning
- Carry out business development activities by identifying and qualifying prospects and contacts, and organizing property tours for clients;
- Create prospect profiles, record follow-ups and communications in the contact management software. Maintain correspondence history in CRM+, our national database;
- Conduct market research using a variety of tools;
- Execute and assist in real estate transactions, including reviewing brokerage contracts (sale/lease), fee agreements, leases, lease offers, and purchase agreements;
- Conduct business development activities: identify, track, and qualify prospects, and organize property tours for clients;
- Perform market research and analysis using various tools;
- Participate in the preparation and execution of real estate transactions: brokerage contracts, leases, offers, and sales agreements;
