What you will do

As an Associate Sales Representative, you will promote Sage Products to nurses/clinicians and appropriate hospital staff while providing excellent customer service and developing customer relationships.

  • Follow extensive product training and tailor promotional messages based on customer knowledge, advise on product selection, answer questions about product functionality, and distinguish Sage’s products from competitors.
  • Assist in hospital surveys, post‑sale implementation and training, ensuring customer adoption and satisfaction.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction by demonstrating teamwork and empowerment, solving problems through a consultative approach, operating with honesty and integrity, and providing a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service.
  • Assist in preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings.
  • Understand and adhere to all facility protocols and pertinent OSHA guidelines when conducting product evaluation.
  • Be driven to solve real problems and make healthcare better for our customers and the patients they serve.
What you need

Required:

  • University Degree
  • 1+ years of experience
Preferred
  • Degree in business with an emphasis in marketing or a degree in a health‑related discipline, science, or kinesiology
  • 1+ years of experience in Medical Device Sales or 1+ years of clinical experience
Additional Information
  • Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company‑related duties and obligations
  • Must have a valid driver’s license

$65,000 and may be eligible to earn variable commission + benefits.
