Baker McKenzie.Wong & Leow is seeking a highly motivated Associate (4-8 years PQE) to join our Tier 1 Transactional (Private Equity) / Investment Funds practice in Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, cross-border matters with a dynamic and collaborative team.

We act for global fund sponsors, first-time managers, and institutional investors, including sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, family offices and corporates. With deep market insight and a strong track record, we provide innovative and pragmatic solutions across the full spectrum of private fund formation and investment mandates.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a Singapore-qualified lawyer with 4-8 years of post-qualification experience in investment funds and fund formation, ideally gained at a top-tier or international firm. You will have strong academic credentials, excellent technical and drafting skills, and a commercial mindset. The role requires a client-focused and collaborative approach, with the ability to work across jurisdictions. A proactive attitude, sound legal analysis, and interest in business development are essential, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
