Opportunity
  • Strategic KPIs – Initiate and drive long‑term KPIs: Continuous Improvement, Total Quality Management, workflows, Miro flowcharts to enhance efficiency and environmental sustainability (UN SDGs, GRI and GHG reporting).
  • Cross‑functional Collaboration – Collaborate with Brand, B2B, and Marketing teams to analyze and optimize strategy outcomes of social impact campaigns.
  • Technology Integration – Research, implement new tech stacks, integrating AI into pathways and processes.
  • Demand Forecasting – Forecast global demand in Canada, USA, EU, UK, Japan, China, Mexico to manage inventory levels across Vancouver, Seattle, New Jersey, Las Vegas, Milano, Tokyo, overseeing replenishment and conducting stock movement analysis.
  • ERP Operations – Process orders within our ERP system, managing Bill of Materials and Inventory.
  • Shipping & Logistics – Manage the timely shipping and drayage of parcels, pallets, and containers arriving from overseas.
  • Customs Compliance – Prepare global customs compliance, updating latest global regulations and customs requirements.
  • Financial Analysis – Support KPMG in Profit/Loss analysis of warehouses, contribute to cost accounting, and support dynamic pricing strategies.
  • New Product Development – Actively coordinate and manage New Product Development, collaborating on Customer Journey (CX) designs, visual design, and narrative storytelling.
  • Social‑Impact Projects – Actively contribute and help Project Manage social‑impact projects with the UN, Smithsonian Museum and a multitude of leading Universities in the US and Canada.
  • Cross‑Rotation – Engage in cross‑function rotations across departments based on interest and aptitude.
  • Inter‑disciplinary Engagement – All our Roles have a Major (primary job function) and a Minor (secondary job function) which allows inter‑disciplinary engagement with departments other than Operations.

Compensation

2026 Compensation: Recent graduates (no prior full‑time experience): $69,000 to $76,000. Candidates with 3 to 4 years of full‑time work experience: $81,000 to $92,000.

Interview Process

Virtual interviews conducted on a rolling basis. In‑person interviews conducted on campus September 2025 and January 2026.
