This is a hybrid role, our office is in Mississauga, ON so we’re ideally looking for a candidate in Greater Toronto Area.

What you do

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Off-Premises, the AMM, TOD & E-Comm is responsible for supporting integrated marketing campaigns focused on the off-premises sales channels, which includes: providing support for take-out and delivery promotions; Boston Pizza’s Gift Card program; Boston Pizza’s E-Commerce platforms; media plans; and strategic partnerships and promotional planning with delivery service providers. In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Support the planning, execution and measurement of each Off-Premises Marketing program.
  • Support the development of written communications for Boston Pizza restaurants on the specific details of each off-premises marketing program.
  • Sustain and optimize E-Commerce and digital platforms including the Boston Pizza website, app, and backend digital platforms, ensuring optimal user experience, relevance of content, SEM and sales conversion performance.
  • Support the creation of reporting on key metrics within the off-premises channel. This includes: channel sales comparisons and updates; promotional performance; media performance; E-Commerce performance; and restaurant feedback. The role also provides support for the creation of promotion post-reports to inform future Marketing programs.
  • Gather and consolidate clear and timely feedback on creative assets, ensuring these are aligned to Boston Pizza’s Brand Guidelines.

  • Stay abreast of media and advertising industry trends to ensure that Boston Pizza’s Marketing programs remain industry-leading and impactful.
Who you are
  • You have a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field
  • You have 2-3 Years of Marketing Experience. Digital experience is preferred.
  • You have digital marketing, digital media, Adobe Experience Manager, and Google SEO experience.
  • You have strong relationship management and project management skills, time-management, problem-solving, and cross-functional consensus-building.
  • You have strong communication (written, verbal and presentation) and Microsoft Office skills (particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel) skills.
  • You can work independently and with a team, manage complex lists of deliverables, and build relationships.
  • You have a passion for advertising and creative evaluation.
