  • Lead enterprise-wide CI initiatives that enhance productivity and optimize operations
  • Track performance metrics and report progress to executive leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field required
  • 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain roles
  • Proven track record in leading CI/Lean transformations in a multi-site environment
  • Strong experience with Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and structured problem-solving methodologies
  • Lean/CI certification required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred
  • Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification preferred
  • Experience in regulated manufacturing environments such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals
  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
  • Ability to influence cross-functionally and drive change at all levels
