We are currently seeking a talented, creative, energetic, and motivated Intermediate/Senior Architectural Designer/Technologist to join our team and help shape the future of our company and portfolio.

Role

• Develop and produce architectural drawings, construction documents, and presentation materials using BIM-based tools
• Collaborate with project leads and consultants on all phases of design, from concept development to construction/permitting drawings
• Ensure designs meet applicable building codes, zoning requirements, and industry standards
• Participate in client meetings, site visits, and coordination with consultants and contractors
• Assist in project coordination, detailing, and documentation

Skills & Experience

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in an architectural or design office
• Located in Edmonton, Alberta, and holds a valid drivers license.
• Experience with BIM-related tools and rendering software (ArchiCAD or equivalent)
• Solid understanding of building systems, detailing, and construction methods
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, team player, ready to grow and learn quickly
