Job summary

A leading aerospace company in Saint-Laurent-de-l'Île-d'Orléans is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst. You will support quality team transitions, prepare documentation for aircraft certification, and manage quality issues. Ideal candidates should have a college degree in aerospace engineering, 7 years of experience in Quality operations, and excellent communication skills in both French and English. What are your contributions to the team?
  • Support and represent the Quality team in the transition to S4HANA
  • Prepare the necessary documentation for the certification and export of our aircraft
  • Support Certification & Qualification activities
  • Plan and execute plant quality audits
  • Organize follow-up meetings and implement action plans as required
  • Evaluate, participate in and manage continuous improvement initiatives and projects in the Quality field
  • Responsible for governance of initiatives and projects with the various quality management groups and other departments.
  • Assist and respond to customer requests
  • Analyze and manage quality issues
  • Generate reports and presentations for management upon request
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience :
  • You have a college degree in aerospace engineering or a related field or equivalent
  • You have seven (7) years of experience in Quality operations
  • You possess good knowledge of the Quality systems and the requirements of Transport Canada
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Access and Project
  • You must be team oriented, autonomous, responsible and reliable
  • You must be well organized and at ease to plan and prioritize your work
  • You have excellent communications skills in French and English
  • You are available to occasionally work on evenings and weekends when required
