Company Overview

The Opportunity

The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. This individual will work closely with Relationship Managers and Executive Assistants to coordinate schedules, logistics, and follow‑up activities, helping ensure seamless client coverage and team collaboration.

Teamwork and communication are essential to success in this role, as the Analyst will partner with colleagues across geographies and strategies to deliver timely and accurate support. This person will be based in Toronto.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assistwithresearchandthepreparationofbriefingmaterials,clientbackgrounders,andmeetingnotes.
  • UpdateandmaintainCRMsystemswithaccurateandtimelyclientinformation.
  • PartnerwithExecutiveAssistantsandRelationshipManagerstocoordinateschedules,meetinglogistics,andfollow-ups.
  • Supportthepreparationofinvestorevents,roadshows,andinternalpresentations.
  • CollaboratewithcolleaguesacrossCoverageandProjectManagementonresearch,datacollection,andcoordinationtasks.
  • Monitorindustryandclient-relatednewstoproviderelevantupdatestotheteam.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM systems and AI tools.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
  • Professional maturity, integrity, and eagerness to learn and grow within the Client and Product Solutions team.
