A leading global insurance broker is seeking an Analyst for Health and Benefits Consulting in Vancouver. In this role, you will provide day-to-day problem-solving support for clients, analyze plan data, and collaborate with regional consultants. The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary degree in a relevant field, advanced proficiency in MS Office, and 1-2 years of related experience. As an Analyst, Health and Benefits Consulting, you’ll build a deep understanding of the group benefits landscape while supporting one of our largest regions in Canada. In this role, you’ll work within our Renewals team and partner closely with Employee Benefits professionals to ensure our clients receive timely, accurate and meaningful support.
Your days will vary. You’ll respond to client questions, analyze plan data, and prepare renewal and reporting deliverables that guide decision making. You’ll collaborate directly with regional consultants and the broader analytical team to interpret trends, identify opportunities and keep client programs running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into the numbers but also understands the importance of clear communication and strong client service.

The expected salary range for this position is $55,000 to $60,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
