What you will do:

Hourly Player, Front of House

Our Player, Front of House team members provide an exceptional entertainment experience to guests. They operate major attractions, are experts in gaming within the facility, and help curate the gaming experience for both experienced and non-experienced gamers. If you thrive in an energetic, fast-paced, and social environment, this may be the opportunity for you. Responsibilities include:

  • Upselling games by demonstrating game operations, encouraging guests to play, and creating a fun environment.
  • Ensuring games and stations are clean, maintained, operational, and assisting with restocking.
  • Being a resource for guest inquiries and concerns, and understanding venue pricing for events and promotions.
Qualifications:
  • Must be of age if the venue is licensed.
  • Experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Attention to detail in completing tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
