A leading technology company in Halifax is looking for a Program Engineer – Electrical to support Non-Combatant In‑Service Support Programs for the Royal Canadian Navy. This role encompasses developing technical documentation, conducting investigations into electrical issues, and coordinating with engineering teams. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, have 5 years of marine experience, and ideally have project management experience. The compensation range is $82,593.60 to $137,756.00 CAD annually, and the position is hybrid.

Thales Canada, Defense & Security is looking for a Program Engineer – Electrical to support its Non-Combatant In‑Service Support Programs for the Royal Canadian Navy, mainly the AOPS and JSS In‑Service (AJISS) Program.
As part of the AJISS Engineering team, the primary role of the Program Engineer – Electrical is to support the Coastal Support team and the Service Delivery team with the management of defects for the Arctic and Offshore Patrol Vessels (AOPVs) and Joint Support Ships (JSS). The role also supports the greater Engineering and Supportability Teams with various activities such as margin management, creation of Deviations & Waivers or surveys onboard the ships while alongside. The role may also be called upon to support the Minor War & Auxiliary Vessels (MWAV) program.

The reference Total Target Compensation (TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between $82,593.60 – $137,756.00 CAD Annual.
