Job summary

A leading aerospace company is seeking an Air System Integration Engineer for the A220 aircraft program in Mirabel, Quebec. This role involves integrating and managing the lifecycle of air management systems, including air conditioning and anti-icing systems. Successful candidates will hold a relevant engineering degree, have at least five years of experience in aeronautical systems, and be fluent in English and French. Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience in aeronautical systems.
  • Solid experience in pressurization, anti-icing, and pneumatic systems.
  • Knowledge of RTCA DO-160 & DO-178 processes and ARP4754.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and certification of air systems on the A220.
  • Manage technical relations with suppliers and chair meetings.
  • Define and verify requirements of air systems with interfaced systems.

Skills

Experience in air systems (ATA 21, 30, 36)
Professional proficiency in English and French
Ability to work autonomously
Experience with FAR 25/CAR 525 certification processes
Strong presentation and technical reporting skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in mechanical/aeronautical engineering
