Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an Aerospace, Manufacturing, or Metal Finishing Engineering Environment.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical drawings.
• 3+ years’ experience teaching, training, and evaluating production processes.
• 3+ years’ experience with Root cause corrective analysis.
• Data analysis techniques demonstrated through 3+ years’ experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure plating process compliance with technical data and regulations.
• Provide day-to-day production support and troubleshooting for plating operations.
• Write and review technical documentation including Engineering Reports.
• Lead continuous improvement activities to reduce cost-of-poor-quality.
• Promote safety and best practices in chemical and surface finishing processes.
