Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an Aerospace, Manufacturing, or Metal Finishing Engineering Environment.
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical drawings.
- 3+ years’ experience teaching, training, and evaluating production processes.
- 3+ years’ experience with Root cause corrective analysis.
- Data analysis techniques demonstrated through 3+ years’ experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure plating process compliance with technical data and regulations.
- Provide day-to-day production support and troubleshooting for plating operations.
- Write and review technical documentation including Engineering Reports.
- Lead continuous improvement activities to reduce cost-of-poor-quality.
- Promote safety and best practices in chemical and surface finishing processes.
