What is the Opportunity?

AUE is seeking a Project Administrator to provide key support role in managing documentation, permitting, and billing workflows for telecom infrastructure projects. You will help ensure design packages are properly tracked, permit submissions are complete, and billing milestones are aligned with contract deliverables.

What You\'ll Do Here

• Support document control workflows for telecom design packages (HLD, LLD, IFC), ensuring timely intake, version control, and submission tracking.
• Coordinate permit documentation (i.e., ROW, traffic control, utility attachments) using approved templates and checklists.
• Track billing milestones and prepare invoice support documentation aligned with contract deliverables.
• Maintain trackers and logs for design, permitting, and billing activities; contribute to weekly and monthly reporting.
• Assist with CRM cycles by logging and routing comments, tracking close-out status, and facilitating inter-team communication.

What You Bring to the Team

• 2+ years of experience in utility or telecom project administration, permitting, or document control.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint), and document control systems.
• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Civil/Electrical Engineering, or a related field is considered an asset.
• Valid provincial driver’s license in good standing.
