A leading financial services firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide after-sales service and manage client relationships. Candidates should have a Matric Certificate and 3-5 years' experience in wealth services or the insurance industry. The role requires proficiency in English and attention to detail. Job Description

The Assistant is primarily responsible for performing after-sales service to clients, thereby contributing to the ongoing customer relationship. The focus of the role is to provide quality service and maximise customer retention and referrals, in line with the Practice Service model and Procedures. The role requires excellent client relationship management and office administrative skills.
