Account Manager I (Small Agency) – Saskatoon, SK

We are looking for an Account Manager I to join our Small Agency team—someone eager to harness Vendasta’s AI-driven platform to rapidly grow our Channel Partners and help us achieve ambitious growth objectives.
As an Account Manager I, you’ll play a critical role in onboarding, activating, and growing new Channel Partners using data-backed strategies and AI-enabled tools. This high-impact role combines strong sales acumen, exceptional relationship management, and the ability to translate AI insights into actionable growth strategies that set partners up for long-term success. You’ll be the primary point of contact for new partners—guiding them through AI-supported onboarding experiences, training them on Vendasta’s intelligent solutions, and ensuring they unlock maximum value from their investment.
You’ll actively manage a portfolio of partners while collaborating with an Account Executive and the Head of Sales, High Velocity, to refine growth strategies using AI-driven analytics. You are a driven, results-oriented sales professional with a passion for helping businesses grow. Your ability to quickly establish trust, identify opportunities, and drive engagement makes you a perfect fit for this high-velocity role. With at least four years of sales experience, you have a proven track record of exceeding quotas while effectively balancing new sales, expansion opportunities, and lead generation.
You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where adaptability and strategic thinking are key. Your deep understanding of channel partner management, sales cycles, and onboarding strategies allows you to proactively identify challenges and implement effective solutions. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service, strong presentations, and product demonstrations ensures partners stay engaged and see tangible success.
You are tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM tools, Google Docs, and digital advertising platforms like Google Ads and Meta. Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Sandler, or SNAP is a plus. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business is preferred but not required. Most importantly, you bring a customer-first mindset and the ability to build lasting, meaningful relationships with both SMB and Enterprise clients.
