Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is a remote digital agency offering paid media, SEO, CRO and web services. As Account Manager you will own an established book of recurring agency clients, ensuring retention and growth while collaborating with strategists and delivery teams to present a unified client voice.

You will manage renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and drive a seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells with a base plus commission structure (50/50).

Qualifications

• Agency account management experience in marketing, digital, creative or advertising.
• Proven ability to retain clients and upsell with measurable results.
• Comfort carrying a quota and meeting targets.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

What You Will Own

• Retention across your book: the relationship, the renewal and the early warning when an account is drifting.
• Upsells and expansion: finding the next project inside each client and selling it.
• A seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells.
• Working with the strategists and delivery team who run the work, so the client hears one clear voice.

What You Need

• Agency account management experience. Marketing, digital, creative or advertising agency. This is a must.
• A record of keeping clients and selling them more work, with numbers you can walk us through.
• Comfort carrying a quota.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

Base plus commission, split 50/50.
