We are looking for an Account Manager to join our National Commercial Programs Team at BrokerLink and work out of one of our offices in Alberta, Ontario, or Atlantic region on a Permanent FT Basis.

The Role

What the Role Entails :

  • Work within the National Commercial Programs team to support many of BrokerLink’s Commercial Programs.
  • Receive and process all incoming Commercial paperwork
  • Assist with quotes to customers / Brokers, write new business, review existing coverage and update customer file information
  • Prepare documentation for insurers / Brokers, complete applications for new clients, issue insurance certificates
  • Process of endorsements, invoices, and follow up on payments
  • Source and obtain additional information requested by the underwriter and complete applications
Qualifications

The Successful candidate will have :

  • High School and / or Post-Secondary Education
  • 3 years commercial insurance experience including property / casualty and automobile preferred
  • A valid insurance license for the province or willing to obtain same
  • Strong customer focus;
  • Previous sales experience is an asset;
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully;
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
