About the Role

As a Junior Account Manager on our Boomer Logistics Team, you’ll play a key role in delivering our signature “team service” model. You’ll work collaboratively with other Account Managers to ensure every customer receives the highest level of service, accuracy, and communication. In this role, you’ll work directly with our partners in the cannabis industry, helping drive their success through smart, reliable logistics solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who is driven, organized, and eager to grow within the fast-paced world of logistics. You’ll be the go‑to for your accounts — managing day‑to‑day operations, building relationships, and ensuring shipments move smoothly from start to finish.

What to expect day to day:
  • Tracing: Monitor shipments and proactively communicate status updates.
  • Pre-Calls: Connect with carriers and customers before pickup to confirm all details.
  • Quoting: Provide accurate, competitive pricing based on customer needs and market conditions.
  • Tendering: Assign shipments to carriers efficiently and accurately.
  • Hot Load Tracing: React quickly and effectively to time‑sensitive freight situations.
  • CRM Management: Navigate Salesforce and Revenova with speed and accuracy to update data, quotes, and load information.
  • Customer Ownership: Take primary ownership of assigned accounts and ensure satisfaction through consistent service and communication.
  • Growth Mindset: Proactively learn about your customers’ industries to deliver best‑in‑class service and grow your active accounts year over year.
  • Administrative Accuracy: Complete documentation and tasks on time and with precision.

What you bring to the role:

$45,000 - $50,000 a year

We also offer a two‑part commission structure for this role.
