As an Account Manager at Archistar, you will be the key point of contact for our municipal government customers, playing a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving long‑term value. You will build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring our customers gain maximum benefit from our AI‑powered solutions. Your responsibilities will include managing day‑to‑day client needs, identifying growth opportunities within accounts, and coordinating with internal teams—such as product, customer success, and technical support—to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing optimization. This role is ideal for a proactive, relationship‑driven professional who excels at navigating complex stakeholder environments and is passionate about helping government clients solve real‑world challenges through innovative technology.
