We’re looking for an experienced 3D Technical Artist who thrives on solving problems and building tools that truly empower teams. If you’re excited by workflow automation, procedural systems, and enabling others to do their best work—this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Develop custom tools and automation scripts using Blender’s Python API or Geometry Nodes
- Build asset export pipelines (GLTF / FBX), UV automation, texture layering tools, and more
- Help design and implement a scalable 3D production pipeline, including naming conventions, validation rules, and data management
- Act as a problem-solver for the 3D content team: improve workflows, reduce manual work, and increase consistency
- Collaborate with a globally distributed team to deliver high-quality assets and experiences.

- Location: Taipei preferred / Remote-friendly or hybrid options available
- Salary range: NT$70,000–90,000 / month (negotiable depending on experience & skillset)

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in 3D asset creation, with a strong focus on Blender
- Proficient with Python scripting in Blender or procedural development with Geometry Nodes
- Solid understanding of PBR workflows and familiarity with file formats like GLTF, FBX, OBJ
- Proactive mindset—you spot issues before they become problems and propose practical solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across disciplines and cultures
- Experience with Substance Designer or other procedural texturing tools
- Familiarity with Agile workflows and collaborative tools (e.g. Jira, Notion, Git)
- Experience working in VR, AR, or Metaverse content pipelines
- Git version control and technical documentation habits
