2026-2027 Elementary Special Education Teacher

The Hamilton R-2 School District is accepting applications for an Elementary Special Education Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. We are located 40 miles east of St. Joseph at the intersection of Hwy 36 and Hwy 13. Hamilton Elementary School has an enrollment of approximately 305 students PK-5th grade. The candidate should have proper certification, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of the Missouri Learning Standards. Ideal candidates should also have knowledge of positive behavior support, strong classroom management, and willingness to collaborate and work in a teaching team environment.
