Your role with us:

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator focused on Affiliates & Activations to support the operation of Stake.bet.br. This role is essential for managing partner relationships, supporting campaigns, ensuring flawless execution, and acting as a bridge between the Brazil team and global teams. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience in iGaming, solid knowledge of performance metrics, and excellent communication skills in English, as they will interface with international teams daily.

Affiliates

• Manage onboarding and provide ongoing support to affiliates, ensuring clear communication and full adherence to brand guidelines.
• Distribute creatives, landing pages, offers, and promotional materials.
• Analyze performance metrics (registrations, FTDs, deposits, ROI) and report insights and opportunities.
• Support negotiations and follow‑up on deals (CPA, Hybrid, Rev‑Share).
• Monitor compliance and ensure affiliates meet both local and global guidelines.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for regional teams and HQ.
• Monitor affiliate performance and manage the complete payment workflow in collaboration with the finance department, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Conduct benchmarks and identify new affiliates, streamers, and content creators.

Activations

• Support activations with influencers, affiliates, and partners (promotions, themed campaigns, content initiatives).
• Provide operational support for sports sponsorship activations.
• Manage deliverables, logistics, and communication with agencies and vendors.
• Maintain direct communication with global teams for campaign alignment, compliance, assets, and processes.
• Ensure Brazil remains aligned with global calendars, templates, and brand guidelines.
• Support administrative processes including contracts, payments, and internal requests.

• Degree in Marketing or related fields.
• Previous experience in iGaming (sports betting, online casino, affiliate operations).
• Advanced/Fluent English mandatory, with daily interaction with global teams.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, affiliates, partnerships, or performance.
• Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and tracking platforms.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and strong communicator.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

• Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous.
• Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom.
• Experience with influencers, creators, or streaming‑oriented operations.
• Exposure to sports or promotional activations.
• Knowledge of CAC, LTV, funnel metrics, and performance modeling.
