Role: Senior Workfront Configuration Engineer

You will gather and understand clients’ unique business requirements and translate them into customized solutions using Workfront and Workfront Fusion. Design, configure and maintain optimized workflow solutions to achieve operational goals.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure and maintain client Workfront instances.
• Support Workfront Fusion integration needs.
• Apply best practices in Workfront development to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Maintain and enhance existing Workfront instances (updates, user management, new feature rollouts).
• Develop custom reports, dashboards, forms and workflows; participate in requirement discussions.
• Document and communicate architecture strategy; work with execution team and project manager on timelines and schedules.
• Collaborate with delivery team and client on product definition, schedule, scope and project‑related decisions.
• Design, develop, deliver, and maintain features and applications of Workfront that excite stakeholders.
• Develop solutions that are Secure, Measurable, Usable, Reliable, Flexible, and Scalable.
• Work collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum team; plan sprints, expand stories into tasks, remove impediments.
• Stay current on Workfront platform updates and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.

Ideal candidate qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience designing, implementing and supporting project management systems.
• 1+ year of experience with Workfront Fusion.
• Experience in AEM development is a plus.
• Integrating Workfront with Adobe Platforms (AEM, AEP, Marketo, Adobe Firefly).
• Advanced English level required; effective communication in English essential.
