Tasks

This position is responsible for oversight of compliance with all applicable customs, sanctions and export control regulations and to regularly update local management and Global Trade Compliance Management on (potential) risk areas.

Additionally, this employee provides local business hands‑on support in case of trade related issues, guidance in compliance improvement initiatives, duty optimization and the pursuit of strategic trade objectives.

The position is the main point of contact for all trade compliance related questions.

The position is responsible for managing Customs Broker/Agent relationship and developing KPIs on customs clearances.

The position is responsible for identifying any high risk areas and then developing and implementing corrective actions / procedures.

The position is responsible for implementing the global trade compliance program for the Brazil locations.

• Academic Degree in Foreign Trade, Finance, Logistics or Business Administration
• Necessary Knowledge with Brazilian Import and Export Regulations - Level expert
• Advanced English
