A client-focused company is looking for a Territory Sales Manager for their Northeast Region. This position primarily allows remote work, with travel to client locations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Delaware. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of sales experience in consumer packaged goods manufacturing and be comfortable with 60% travel. A base salary between $90,000 and $115,000 with a discretionary bonus is offered.
Our client is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for their Northeast Region. This person would work remotely except for when traveling to clients within PA, NJ, NY, CT, RI, and DE. This company is known for putting their people first and valuing their employees so they feel safe, inspired and fulfilled! They also strive to help their employees achieve their personal and professional goals! The owners of the company are very involved and know the names of all 2000+ employees! They offer some great benefits including company parties, luncheons, incentives and more! Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of sales experience in CPG manufacturing, have gone through formal sales training, is comfortable traveling a minimum of 60% of the time, and have experience using an ERP system like SAP or Oracle. They will get a company car to drive to client visits in, or will take a plane if too far to drive. This role has a base salary of $90-115K with a discretionary bonus attached based on personal and company performance.
