Our client needs a trilingual experienced technical recruiter in either Sao Paolo or Mexico City. The client is in the pharma industry. You will be working on roles such as: data engineer, ms exchange engineer, etc.

Qualifications
  • Must be fluent in: English, Spanish, and Portuguese
  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Must reside in either Sao Paulo or Mexico City
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in technical roles such as data engineers and MS Exchange engineers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across multiple languages and cultures
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Experience with remote hiring processes and virtual interviewing techniques
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
