Responsabilidades

Team Lead – Enterprise Networking (Service Provider)

Location: São Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead – Enterprise Networking to support a key RPS account, driving delivery excellence across Enterprise, Wireless, Data Center, Security, and Service Provider technologies. The ideal candidate brings strong technical depth, customer-facing ability, and hands-on experience with Cisco solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design, deployment, and troubleshooting across multi-domain Cisco networking environments.
  • Provide technical guidance to engineers and serve as a primary escalation point.
  • Deliver high-quality architecture reviews, workshops, and solution recommendations.
  • Coordinate with customer stakeholders and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Prepare documentation (HLD / LLD), test plans, and operational runbooks.
Required Skills
  • Strong knowledge of routing & switching (OSPF, BGP, STP, VLAN, LACP, VXLAN‑EVPN).
  • Experience with Cisco Wireless (WLC, APs, CMX, Prime), Enterprise Switching, and ISR / ASR platforms.
  • Understanding of DC technologies (Nexus, ACI, Fabric Path, FEX, VXLAN).
  • Exposure to Cisco Security products (ASA, FTD, ISE, VPNs, AAA).
  • Good understanding of IP / MPLS, L2 / L3 VPNs, EVPN, and SP architectures.
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience delivering customer workshops and network design engagements.
  • Familiarity with SDA, SD-WAN, ACI, Cloud Networking, and automation (Python / Ansible).
  • Knowledge of HA / Redundancy, wireless roaming, mesh, flex‑connect, virtualization, and Linux fundamentals.
Education & Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

CCNA required; CCNP preferred; CCIE (Enterprise, Wireless, DC, or SP) is a strong advantage.
