Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment life cycle including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to attract and acquire top talent in the Financial Services and FinTech industries
• Utilize various sourcing strategies including job boards, social media, and referrals to find candidates
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Lever
• Intermediate interviewing skills and experience with negotiation techniques
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
