Objective

Leads and supports the Supply Network Planning process by consolidating inputs from Demand Planning Production Planning & Analytics Sync the Demand & Supply and the quality of requirements in order to ensure a service level above 98% and optimize right level of inventories at distribution centers

Main Responsibilities

• Sync the demand and supply;
• Monitor product supply as well as actual shipment to secure service level and inventory level;
• Lead the weekly and Monthly SD&S Discipline
• Identify potential issues & risks
• Align fast tracks
• Identify overstocks risk
• Support NetOps with New product availability
• Align discontinued skus
• Support and Sync Customization Center planning
• Own measure & manage planning parameters to be consistently updated and drive 100 % system automated planning;
• Mange the SNP Master Data;
• To optimize inventory level to prevent SLOBs
• Identify and communicate service risk in short and long terms.
• Active participation in the Monthly SD&S Meeting.
• Support fast track requests.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree (Engineering Business Administration Economy or similar).
• Previous professional experience in Supply Chain or CS&L.
• Experience in supply planning process.
• Knowledge of some systems (APO SAP IBP Sigma Control Tower Google tools).
• English Advanced level.
• Analytics & Digital skills.
