We're looking for a Senior Ops Project Manager (AI) to accelerate the collaborative efforts of our global AI area and Brazil operations.

The team is focused on exploring ways to use AI technologies for the benefit of patients, physicians and clinics.

We benefit from being both part of an established company and an independent startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners to align priorities, resolve challenges, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide clear and actionable progress updates, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Analyze KPIs, customer feedback, and product usage data to identify trends, address issues, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and alignment with global standards.
• Lead and oversee experimentation in both digital products and business offerings, such as entering new markets or testing new solutions for existing markets.
• Participate in resource planning to ensure that tools, people, and materials are effectively allocated to support objectives.
• Monitor project budgets to manage costs and meet financial goals without compromising quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in operations or project management, with a focus on scaling businesses or projects at the regional level.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, anticipate challenges, and develop effective, data-driven solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of collaborating across cross-functional teams and organizational levels.
• Demonstrated expertise in optimizing processes to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
• A proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in dynamic environments.

Requirements

• are an interdisciplinary entrepreneur,
• have a high level of energy, ownership and strong communication skills,
• have 5+ years of relevant experience (e.g. project management, customer success, product management), ideally in a high-growth environment (tech experience is a plus),
• are the masterminds of numbers!
• Excellent in analyzing, and synthesizing product usage data to provide actionable insights
• are "Hands on" with ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced working environment + you're able to switch between strategic high-level thinking and hands-on operational work,
• possess excellent project management capabilities - you are organized, systematic and detailed with a focus on results,
• You are native Brazilian and can communicate in English (B2+).

It would be also a plus if you

• you worked with AI, ML projects,
• have experience working with LLM-based solutions, know their pros and cons, and worked with various prompting techniques.
