Role Responsibilities
  • Define Vision & Strategy: Own the BU’s product roadmap, aligning with company goals to capture market share in crowdshipping intermediation and LaaS.

  • Lead Product Execution: Oversee the entire product lifecycle—from ideation to launch—for core platform capabilities (e.g., shipment matching, dynamic pricing, crowd-shipper onboarding).

  • Drive Commercial Outcomes: Partner with Sales/Operations to ensure product solutions meet enterprise SLAs, optimize unit economics, and enhance user retention.

  • Scale the Product Chapter: Mentor PMs, establish best practices, and elevate talent within the product organization.

  • Foster Innovation: Identify AI/data-driven opportunities (e.g., route optimization, fraud detection) to enhance platform efficiency and user experience.

  • Stakeholder Alignment: Present strategic updates to C-suite, BU leads, and investors; balance priorities across technical, business, and customer needs.

Role Qualifications
  • Deep product immersion: Proven ability to navigate complexities and address challenges. Holistic expertise across the entire product development lifecycle.

  • Robust product background: Keen insight into operational dynamics and pain points. End-to-end understanding of product development methodologies and journey.

  • Domain Expertise: 8+ years in product management, including 3+ years leading teams in logistics, supply chain, marketplace platforms, or two-sided networks. Proven track record in scaling B2B2C platforms or Logistics-as-a-Service (LaaS) solutions.

  • Leadership Credentials: Experience building/managing high-performing PM chapters or pods; adept at mentoring senior PMs. Success influencing C-suite stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams (Engineering, Ops, GTM).

  • Technical & Strategic Acumen: Mastery in leveraging data/AI to solve complex logistics problems (e.g., demand forecasting, capacity balancing). English fluency (Spanish is a plus) with strong communication skills for both technical and business audiences.

  • Execution Excellence: Shipped products with measurable impact on revenue, efficiency, or user growth in agile environments. Expertise in marketplace dynamics (balancing shipper/driver supply-demand).

  • Cultural Fit: Entrepreneurial mindset—thrives in ambiguity and pivots fast in hyper-growth settings. Exceptional communication skills bridging technical and non-technical audiences. Adaptability, empathy, teamwork, and a proactive approach to driving results.

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
