Job Profile / Activities

• Performs daily reconciliation for customer payment to the bank account.
• Perform inventory management and reports according to local regulation and HQ requirements and policies.
• Research and resolve non‑matching and unidentified funds from Caterpillar Financial.
• Adds returned units to inventory and issues a request for inspection from the dealer or outside inspection service.
• Follows up to ensure the inspection is completed in a timely manner.
• Ensures that necessary notices and documentation have been issued and before an asset entry in the systems.
• Develops reports to support Remarketing Sales Team and Portfolio Management.
• Works toward quality by providing both timely and accurate information regarding inventory entries.
• Interacts with accounting personnel required to expedite the elimination of any accounting grief items.
• May support Portfolio Management
• Participates in accomplishment of continuous improvement objectives for the department.
• Progress toward accomplishment of these is measured through maintenance of necessary measurements and analysis of associated data.
• Participates in the identification of problem areas and development of resolutions to address them.

Basic Qualifications

Education : Bachelor's degree.

Experience : +5 years of experience preferably in Customer Services, Collections, Documentation and Sales.

Language : Pre‑Advanced English

Tools : Excel

• Ability to read / analyze payment histories.
• Knowledge of finance / leasing products, policies, and procedures.
