Business Analyst - Supply Chain to join our team in Brazil!
You will play a key role in driving insights, supporting decision-making, and improving business performance across different functions.
With a strong analytical mindset and a proactive, business-oriented approach, you will help us identify opportunities, solve problems, and shape the way we operate as we continue to scale.
This is a high-impact role with cross-functional exposure and direct contribution to Manual's growth journey.
Responsibilities Monitor and analyze key business performance indicators, delivering actionable insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Provide data-driven support for strategic initiatives, negotiations, and operational improvements.
Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity in issue resolution and process execution.
Proactively identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities, proposing solutions to optimize business outcomes.
Support the design and implementation of new processes, tools, and frameworks to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of critical business information, leveraging internal systems and BI tools.
Qualifications Advanced or fluent English.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Operations, Consulting, or related fields, ideally in high-growth or tech-driven environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear recommendations.
Proficiency with Excel and data visualization / BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
Excellent communication skills, with ability to collaborate effectively across teams and geographies.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
Proactive, adaptable, and business-oriented mindset, with willingness to learn and take ownership.
