Qualificações

Main responsibilities

• Seasoned Senior Business Analyst to drive IT project success with a focus on Microsoft 365 (M365), Azure, and data analytics;
• Must leverage technical expertise and strong analytical skills to gather, document, and translate complex business requirements into actionable deliverables;
• Requires advanced proficiency in Excel and analytics tools, a deep understanding of cloud technologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams;
• Be proactive analyst who excels in a fast‑paced IT environment, with a passion for driving data‑driven improvements and optimizing business processes;
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English is required;
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT projects in M365, Azure, and related cloud environments;
• Analyze, model, and visualize data using advanced Excel, Power BI, and other analytics tools;
• Develop, document, and manage project requirements, workflows, and system configurations;
• Facilitate collaboration between IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery;
• Identify and communicate project risks, timelines, and resource needs effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements and skills

• Microsoft 365 (M365):

Strong knowledge of Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Exchange Online

• Azure:

Proficiency in Azure Active Directory, cloud security best practices, and familiarity with Azure DevOps and resource management

• Data Analytics:

Advanced Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VBA, macros), Power BI, and experience with SQL for data querying

• Project Tools:

Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project to track and manage project deliverables

• Cloud Integration:

Understanding of API integrations, cloud storage, and hybrid infrastructure environments
