As an SAP Solution Manager on the SAP S / 4 Program, you are responsible for ensuring the proper implementation of business processes across various trading applications within our SAP financial back-office.

Your role supports end-to-end processes from invoices to payment, including financial analytics reporting.

Responsibilities

You are the gatekeeper of the finance solution and its integration with the finance software ecosystem – up to the bank.

You are the solution designer, based on business requirements.

With other application leaders, you design cross-application flows.

You work closely and confidently with various departments.

You ensure maintenance and enhancement of your process and produce requests for change.

Obtain a deep understanding, translate business needs into solutions, manage business relationships, define target priorities and business value, and monitor your own KPIs.

Animate, inform, communicate, enhance, anticipate, and perform with partner applications to ensure end-to-end design.

Elaborate action plans for continuous improvement of the solution and resolve recurrent incidents.

You support Level 1 and Level 2 teams on the most complex topics.

You perform knowledge transfer to the support team and help develop their autonomy in the solution.

You keep the support structure on track and run KPIs.

You are part of the company that implements company-wide initiatives and will be onboarded as a core team member in the S / 4 regional roadmap in the Americas.

You have a full view of what is done in the team : you are responsible for SAP FI processes, including integration with procurement and source flows of invoices up to their payment.

You make solution-design decisions as a member of the Design Solution Board.

You manage the business relationship to ensure priority and business value.

You enable long-term value by helping the support team and proposing improvements.
