A leading renewable energy firm is seeking a Site Coordinator in Guanambi, Brazil. The role involves managing the technical team, overseeing safety and contract compliance, and ensuring efficient operations at the wind power facility. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering, at least three years of field management experience in WTG O&M, and must be proficient in English. The position requires outdoor work in all weather conditions, including climbing heights of over 80 meters. Candidates must also hold a valid driver's license and establish residence in the area.

• Hold a National Driver's License - CNH B.

About The Site

Wind power generation facility located near to Guanambi or Caetité, Bahia.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Site Coordinator, you will be directly responsible for managing the technical team, cost management, safety management, and contract management, serving as the focal point for direct negotiations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure compliance with all project safety, environmental and contractual responsibilities.
• Coordinate all aspects of the day to day operation of the facility in a safe and environmentally sound manner.
• Coordinate resources availability with applicable areas.
• Coordinate maintenance and administrative staff.
• Attend on-call shifts during weekends and holidays as planned.
• Must be able to work outdoors in inclement weather, climb ladders without assistance and work at heights greater than 80 meters (250 feet).
• Prepare and control annual maintenance budgets and periodic status reports.
• Perform quality inspection activities on the plant's generator fleet and auxiliary equipments.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Language proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Electrical or Electromechanical Technician degree and hold a valid CFT’s License.
• Minimum of four 3 years of WTG O&M field management experience
• Strong knowledge in WTG O&M contract management.
• Hold a National Driver's License - CNH B
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office software.

DESIRED SKILLS

• Hold an engineering degree.
• Hold a MBA degree in project management or related field.

Important point: Establish residence near the project location - Guanambi/BA or Caetité/BA.
