Responsabilidades

About the role

As a Technical Analyst Senior, you will make an impact by collaborating with management, departments, and customers to identify end‑user requirements and specifications, and by developing customizations for payment products. You will be a valued member of the technology and engineering team, working closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high‑performance software solutions.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define end‑user requirements and specifications.
• Develop customizations for client´s payment products.
• Design algorithms to create new software programs and systems.
• Produce efficient and performant code based on requirements.
• Test and deploy programs and applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing software.
• Compile and assess user feedback to improve software performance.
• Observe user feedback to recommend improvements to existing software products.
• Develop technical documentation to guide future software development projects.

What you need to have to be considered

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Deep knowledge in payments applications and transactional systems.
• Strong knowledge in banking or processing backoffice.
• High knowledge and experience with ISO 8583.
• High proficiency and experience in C++ programming language.
• Proficiency with Oracle Database and Linux.
• Proficiency in Java or Angular.
• Advanced/fluent Spanish and advanced English (reading, writing, listening).
• Proven analytical abilities.

These will help you stand out

• Knowledge in one or more applications: IST Switch, Clearing, MAS, CBK, Data Navigator.
