Responsibilities

• Manage projects and/or portfolios with high complexity, risk, and scope to ensure successful delivery
• Employ project management discipline to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control project activities

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of prior project management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Management, Project Management, or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other equivalent certification (or master’s degree in project management)
• High level of customer service skills and excellent communication skills
• Ability to establish and enhance positive relationships with patients, coworkers, and senior leadership

• Understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles
