One of our clients, a fast-growing healthcare commercialisation firm, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team Please note, this role requires: Project Management experience working with clients in healthcare / pharma (or experience working in healthcare / pharma businesses directly) Project Management experience in relation to marketing / advertising initiatives and campaigns. Confident Spoken English is essential *** PLEASE SUBMIT CVs IN ENGLISH ONLY *** The role drives operational excellence in Workfront, partnering with Account Services and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, on-time delivery. You'll manage a project portfolio and maintain detailed plans and deadlines in Workfront.

Project Operations & Workfront Ownership

Own Workfront end-to-end: open/close projects, attach templates and custom forms, ensure project metadata is accurate and complete, set up tasks, role assignments, timelines, and status management; ensure compliant project closeout and reconciliation. Continuously monitor task progress, timing, dependencies, and resource workload; proactively surface risks, deadlines at risk, and capacity conflicts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication

Collaborate with Account Services and cross-functional teams to assign the right roles to tasks and to identify need for freelancers/vendors. Lead project-related discussions and provide clear deliverables, timelines, and risk updates for weekly client status reports and internal status meetings (internal meeting support only).

Reporting, Forecasting & Governance

Complete project, utilization, and performance reports (Workfront & client systems (VVPM)) to ensure adherence to KPIs/SLAs. Enforce operational standards for compliance, audit readiness, and timely project reconciliation/close.

Process Optimisation

Identify bottlenecks and streamline workflows to enhance delivery times, efficiency, and resource allocation; suggest templates, automations, and dashboards as needed. Participate in weekly project allocation resourcing meetings
