Pobl is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Votorantim to drive Workfront-based project delivery for healthcare-focused campaigns. You will own end-to-end project operations, coordinate with Account Services, and ensure on-time, compliant outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring healthcare/pharma PM experience, exposure to marketing initiatives, and strong English communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder expectations.

Qualificações

• PM experience in healthcare/pharma is required.
• Experience with marketing/advertising campaigns preferred.
• Fluent spoken English is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Own Workfront end-to-end: open/close projects, templates, forms, metadata; set up tasks and timelines; ensure closeout.
• Monitor progress, dependencies, and resource workload; surface risks and capacity conflicts.
• Collaborate with Account Services and cross-functional teams to assign roles and inform stakeholders.
• Lead project discussions; provide deliverables, timelines, and risk updates for client/status reports.
• Prepare project and performance reports to ensure KPIs/SLAs are met; ensure compliance and audit readiness.
• Identify bottlenecks and streamline workflows; propose templates, automations, and dashboards.

One of our clients, a fast-growing healthcare commercialisation firm, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team. The role drives operational excellence in Workfront, partnering with Account Services and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, on-time delivery. You'll manage a project portfolio and maintain detailed plans and deadlines in Workfront.

Please note, this role requires:

• Project Management experience working with clients in healthcare / pharma (or experience working in healthcare / pharma businesses directly)
• Project Management experience in relation to marketing / advertising initiatives and campaigns.
• Confident Spoken English is essential

Project Operations & Workfront Ownership

• Own Workfront end-to-end: open/close projects, attach templates and custom forms, ensure project metadata is accurate and complete, set up tasks, role assignments, timelines, and status management; ensure compliant project closeout and reconciliation.
• Continuously monitor task progress, timing, dependencies, and resource workload; proactively surface risks, deadlines at risk, and capacity conflicts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication

• Collaborate with Account Services and cross-functional teams to assign the right roles to tasks and to identify need for freelancers/vendors.
• Lead project-related discussions and provide clear deliverables, timelines, and risk updates for weekly client status reports and internal status meetings (internal meeting support only).

Reporting, Forecasting & Governance

• Complete project, utilization, and performance reports (Workfront & client systems (VVPM)) to ensure adherence to KPIs/SLAs.
• Enforce operational standards for compliance, audit readiness, and timely project reconciliation/close.

Process Optimisation

• Identify bottlenecks and streamline workflows to enhance delivery times, efficiency, and resource allocation; suggest templates, automations, and dashboards as needed.
• Participate in weekly project allocation resourcing meetings
