Pobl in Brazil is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support a healthcare-focused client. You will own Workfront end-to-end, manage project templates, tasks, timelines and metadata, ensuring compliant, on-time delivery of healthcare/pharma initiatives.

Collaborate with Account Services and cross-functional teams to assign roles, identify freelancers/vendors, and provide clear status updates. Drive governance, reporting and process improvements to optimise delivery.

Qualificações

• Experience managing healthcare/pharma client projects.
• Experience with marketing/advertising campaigns.
• Confident spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Own Workfront end-to-end: open/close projects, templates, forms, metadata, tasks, timelines, status.
• Monitor progress, timing, dependencies, and resource workload; surface risks and capacity conflicts.
• Collaborate with Account Services and cross-functional teams to assign roles and identify freelancers/vendors.
• Lead project discussions with clear deliverables, timelines and risk updates for client and internal reports.
• Complete project, utilization and performance reports to ensure KPI/SLA adherence.
• Enforce compliance standards and timely project reconciliation/close.
• Identify bottlenecks and streamline workflows; propose templates, automations and dashboards.
• Participate in weekly project allocation and resourcing meetings.

One of our clients, a fast-growing healthcare commercialisation firm, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team Please note, this role requires:

• - Project Management experience working with clients in healthcare / pharma (or experience working in healthcare / pharma businesses directly)
• - Project Management experience in relation to marketing / advertising initiatives and campaigns.
• - Confident Spoken English is essential

The role drives operational excellence in Workfront, partnering with Account Services and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, on-time delivery. You'll manage a project portfolio and maintain detailed plans and deadlines in Workfront.

• - Project Operations & Workfront Ownership - Own Workfront end-to-end: open/close projects, attach templates and custom forms, ensure project metadata is accurate and complete, set up tasks, role assignments, timelines, and status management; ensure compliant project closeout and reconciliation.
• - Continuously monitor task progress, timing, dependencies, and resource workload; proactively surface risks, deadlines at risk, and capacity conflicts.
• - Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication - Collaborate with Account Services and cross-functional teams to assign the right roles to tasks and to identify need for freelancers/vendors.
• - Lead project-related discussions and provide clear deliverables, timelines, and risk updates for weekly client status reports and internal status meetings (internal meeting support only).
• - Reporting, Forecasting & Governance - Complete project, utilization, and performance reports (Workfront & client systems (VVPM)) to ensure adherence to KPIs/SLAs.
• - Enforce operational standards for compliance, audit readiness, and timely project reconciliation/close.
• - Process Optimisation - Identify bottlenecks and streamline workflows to enhance delivery times, efficiency, and resource allocation; suggest templates, automations, and dashboards as needed.
