Pobl in Brazil is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive end-to-end project delivery in healthcare marketing initiatives. You will own Workfront processes, coordinate with Account Services and cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time, compliant results.

The role requires project management experience in healthcare/pharma, strong English communication, and the ability to manage risk, timelines, and resources across multiple projects and vendors.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Own Workfront end-to-end: open/close projects, templates, forms, metadata, tasks, assignments, timelines, status; ensure proper closeout and reconciliation.
• Monitor task progress, timing, dependencies, and resource workload; surface risks and capacity conflicts.
• Collaborate with Account Services and cross-functional teams to assign roles and identify freelancers/vendors.
• Lead project discussions with clear deliverables, timelines, and risk updates for weekly client status reports and internal meetings.
• Complete project, utilization, and performance reports to ensure KPIs/SLAs are met.
• Enforce operational standards for compliance, audit readiness, and timely reconciliation/close.
• Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and suggest templates, automations, dashboards; participate in resourcing meetings.
• Participate in weekly project allocation resourcing meetings.

One of our clients, a fast-growing healthcare commercialisation firm, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team. Please note, this role requires: Project Management experience working with clients in healthcare / pharma (or experience working in healthcare / pharma businesses directly); Project Management experience in relation to marketing / advertising initiatives and campaigns; Confident Spoken English is essential. The role drives operational excellence in Workfront, partnering with Account Services and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, on‑time delivery. You'll manage a project portfolio and maintain detailed plans and deadlines in Workfront.

Project Operations & Workfront Ownership

• Own Workfront end-to-end: open/close projects, attach templates and custom forms, ensure project metadata is accurate and complete, set up tasks, role assignments, timelines, and status management; ensure compliant project closeout and reconciliation.
• Continuously monitor task progress, timing, dependencies, and resource workload; proactively surface risks, deadlines at risk, and capacity conflicts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication

• Collaborate with Account Services and cross-functional teams to assign the right roles to tasks and to identify need for freelancers/vendors.
• Lead project-related discussions and provide clear deliverables, timelines, and risk updates for weekly client status reports and internal status meetings (internal meeting support only).

Reporting, Forecasting & Governance

• Complete project, utilization, and performance reports (Workfront & client systems (VVPM)) to ensure adherence to KPIs/SLAs.
• Enforce operational standards for compliance, audit readiness, and timely project reconciliation/close.

Process Optimisation

• Identify bottlenecks and streamline workflows to enhance delivery times, efficiency, and resource allocation; suggest templates, automations, and dashboards as needed.
• Participate in weekly project allocation resourcing meetings.
